6 week Mindfulness Course
We'll be meeting online using Zoom - a live video calling site. You will need a laptop/tablet/smartphone, an internet connection and to download Zoom: https://zoom.us/join
Meeting in this way allows us to retain some connection and social interaction which is more important than ever at this time.
This is a 6 week course starting Monday 28th September and meeting every week, with our last session on 2nd November.
The course is designed for each session to follow on from the other and for us to build our practice as we go so it's best you attend all of them if you can. I will record the sessions so you can always watch that if you can't attend the live session.
What you get
You will receive 1.5 hours of live teaching in a group setting each week. This is 9 hours in total.
You will be emailed on Tuesday mornings with the session recording, any slides I used and resources that were mentioned.
You will also be invited to join our group WhatsApp group so we can share resources and support each other in our practice in between classes.
The group will be between 6 and 10 people - I intentionally keep it small so we can get to know each other and I can engage with you personally.
Mindfulness is a practice - something that we have to keep doing - so each week I will make a suggestions of what to practice or work on over the next week. This is always optional and is not something that will be marked or judged - it is simply an encouragement in building your mindfulness practice.
Cost & how to book
The course is £90.
This is a very low price for a course like this - I've done this because I want mindfulness to be as accessible to as many people as possible.
Please email me saying you'd like to book on the course with your name and contact information and I will reply to organise payment via paypal or BACS.
