Learn how the ancient practice of Mindfulness can easily be adapted to help us find calm and wellbeing in busy modern life. Mindfulness is a secular (non-religious) practice of being aware of our thoughts, feelings and sensations and is proven to be of great benefit to our mental health.
Mindfulness is for everyone - regardless of age, gender, religion or background. You don't need any equipment, you can practice anywhere, any time in any way that suits you. To learn more click here.

The course is designed for each session to follow on from the other and for us to build our practice as we go so it's best you attend all of them if you can. I will record the sessions so you can always watch the replay if you can't attend the live session.

What you get
-
You will receive 1.5 hours of live teaching in a small group setting each week. This is 9 hours in total.
-
You will be emailed on Tuesday mornings with the session recording, any slides I used and resources that were mentioned.
-
You will also be invited to join our group WhatsApp group so we can share resources and support each other in our practice in between classes.
The group will be between 4 and 15 people - I intentionally keep it small so we can get to know each other and I can engage with you personally.

Homework!
Mindfulness is a practice - something that we have to keep doing - so each week I will make a suggestions of what to practice or work on over the next week. This is always optional and is not something that will be marked or judged - it is simply an encouragement in building your mindfulness practice.

Cost & how to book
£150
This is a very low price for a course like this - I've done this because I want mindfulness to be as accessible to as many people as possible.
