Emerge: Intentional Living After Lockdown is a video workshop hosted by myself and colleague Emily (Matter of Mind Coaching).
The workshop is 2 hours including time for journaling.
This is a guide to help you navigate these uncertain times with courage, presence and compassion. It includes mindfulness practice, tools, journaling questions, techniques and guidance from two qualified and experienced wellbeing professionals. Our style is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
The workshop is in 3 parts:
Processing - WTF just happened?! In this section we pause to absorb all that we've experienced during the pandemic thus far. It's a chance to catch your breath and reflect.
Awareness - after reflecting we think about what we have learned about ourselves and our lives through this strange and challenging time. Has it given you perspective on what's important? How has it impacted your relationships.
What's next? - having grown in self awareness we can use what we've learned to move mindfulfully forwards. We'll think about what we want to leave behind and what we want to prioritise as we emerge from lockdown.
This download comes with a video and accompanying workbook. You can choose to do the workshop in one sitting or in sections.
