A simple, clear and practical guide that teaches you several mindfulness techniques for being present while walking. Wether you walk in nature or just around your neighbourhood, mindful walking is a simple, joyful practicing of noticing your surroundings and getting some headspace.
This download is a 5 page pdf that you can read on a laptop or mobile. You can print it out too if you like, but please don't use it to facilitate a group activity unless you are a trained mindfulness/forest bathing teacher.
