Regulated: A polyvagal approach to mental health

Regulated: A polyvagal approach to mental health

Join therapist Natalie Rossiter for an evening workshop to educate and empower you for better mental health.

We'll be learning about the Polyvagal model of the nervous system; understanding the states of regulated, flight/flight, fawn and flop/freeze so that we can notice them, make sense of our experiences and learn skills for regulating our emotions.

This event is perfect for anyone wanting insignt and tools for better mental health.

The workshop is engaging and encourages participants to share (always optional!) and ask questions. For this reason the event is not recorded to create a safe space and maintain confidentiality within the group.

Please bring a notebook and pen and anything you need to make yourself comfortable.
