MINDFUL MORNINGS: Community wellbeing sessions in Lightoaks Park, Salford. April to September.

Qigong & meditation to start your day. No experience or equipment needed. Please dress in comfortable clothes you can move in & that are appropriate for the weather.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese movement and intention practice. It helps balance energy in the body, gently builds strength and flexibility whilst supporting mind-body health.

Each month there is one Monday 8am, on Thursday 8am and one Saturday 9.30am session. Weekday sessions are 30 mins, Saturdays 45 mins with the option to stay and get a brew from the Tea’Osk afterwards.

Sessions are £5 with some free places available if payment is a barrier to access.
